Where it began
Friends, a shared dream, and a first batch
The Cookie Jar Co. started in London in 2023, when a group of friends turned their love of baking into a bakery. What began as a hobby in a small kitchen grew from a simple idea: make inventive, delicious cookies that bring a little joy to the community.
We set out to get every recipe just right, from familiar chocolate chunk cookies to combinations that surprise. We still bring that same curiosity and care to every batch.
